HOW MUCH IS THE SELLER MEMBERSHIP?

The Seller Membership costs $97 per month or $804 annually (works out as $67 per month).

WHAT DO I GET WHEN I SIGN UP FOR THE SELLER MEMBERSHIP?

You get full access to all the courses included in the membership as soon as you sign up. Plus, you instantly become a member of Amazing.com's entrepreneurial community. You'll get access to the Rapid Implementation Blueprints for our Amazon courses designed for Amazon sellers to optimize their operations with a written guide detailing all the steps. Features like Bookmarking are available to you, too. You can mark specific spots in videos, write notes, and re-visit those spots to help accelerate your training.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Immediately after signing up, you'll receive an email with your Amazing.com account login credentials and instructions on how to get started. Once you log in you can click "Courses" in the navigation bar at the top of your dashboard to view all courses available. You can take any course you wish, at any time, and you proceed at your own pace.

ONCE I SIGN UP, WHERE DO I START?

You will be billed on a rolling subscription every 30 days. We offer a 14-day refund period so if you find that in the first 14 days you do not wish to continue with the service please contact support and we will cancel and refund your account. No refunds will be applied after this date. Please note that this is a rolling subscription so if you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24hrs before billing to avoid being charged. No refunds are offered on subscriptions that aren't cancelled before billing. You can cancel via your account settings or by contacting support.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH COURSES I SHOULD TAKE?

We understand that you may not know which course(s) to take first, or what order you should take them in. We are currently working on a guide to help all members determine the best training path for their specific needs. Until then, if you have any questions about which courses are right for you, please contact Amazing.com's Customer Success Team via email at support@amazing.com. Our Customer Success associates are happy to advise you!

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS?

We recommend 3Mb/s as the minimum supported speed and our videos works best on 5Mb/s or higher. You can access everything included in your membership on any computer or mobile device that's connected to the internet, no downloading required! We recommend using the most recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer (Edge).

WHAT IS THE AMAZING.COM COMMUNITY? HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

The Amazing.com community is an online forum where you and other Amazing.com members are free to post anything. This is an active community where you can post questions about your business, discuss strategies with other members, discover networking opportunities, and much more. You're free to post anything you want within reasonable boundaries (subject to moderator discretion).

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ADD MORE COURSES?

We're constantly adding new courses to the Amazing.com membership. We periodically send you updates on our new courses. No extra charges or increases in your membership fee — just a brand new course you can take at any time!
